What do you
get as a sponsor? Your two
hundred and fifty dollar sponsorship provides:
- Two 8 ft. tables at each venue for signage and product display.
- Your logo or company name on all advertising for the event.
- A hyperlink to your web site on our web page
- The opportunity to reach over 1,000 firefighters in one weekend
- Two free weekend passes for both event venues
- The potential for direct sales of small items to firefighters
- Networking possibilities in Southwestern Ontario
These events are
hosted to bring firefighters together to discuss the many challenges we face daily. The intent is to bring more awareness
and continuity to the fire service. This event is not a money making venture and your involvement helps to cover
the cost.Sponsor Requirements
- If a company wishes to sponsor this event they must notify one of the organizers 4 months prior
to the event date. This will be a verbal commitment to attend.
- If a potential sponsor has special needs and/or requirements those requirements will be forwarded
to the committee no later than 2 months prior to the event date.
- Each verbally committed sponsor must submit payment in full no later than 3 months prior to the
event.
- There will be no refunds for cancellations after 30 days prior to the event date.
- Each sponsor is responsible for
their display and any power cords, hardware, stands etc.
- Each sponsor will be provided the opportunity of two tables that measure 36 inches x 96 inches.
- Each morning
of the event the doors will open at 0730 to accommodate set-up. Each sponsor is asked to clean up their area at the
end of each day.
